The service
wait who? is a LinkedIn network intelligence tool. We help you see, score, and reconnect with your LinkedIn connections — and draft outreach messages using AI. The service is operated by wait who? B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.

LinkedIn compliance
By using wait who?, you agree to comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service at all times. We access LinkedIn data through authorized third-party APIs — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this service does not violate LinkedIn's terms. If LinkedIn changes their policies in a way that affects how we operate, we may need to modify or limit features accordingly.
Acceptable use
You may not use wait who? to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other LinkedIn users
- Scrape or export data for resale or redistribution
- Violate LinkedIn's policies or any applicable laws
- Share your account with others or use it on behalf of third parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-drafted messages
wait who? uses AI to help you draft LinkedIn messages. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing every message before you send it. We are not liable for the content of messages you choose to send, or any consequences arising from sending them. Use your judgment — the AI can draft, but you decide.
Payments and subscriptions
wait who? is a subscription service billed monthly:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the start of each billing period
- Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on your location
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as covered by our money-back guarantee below
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with wait who? within 14 days of your first payment, email us at hello@onboardly.tech and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only — it does not apply to renewals.
Intellectual property
The wait who? service, including its code, design, brand, and content, is owned by wait who? B.V. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.
Your data — your LinkedIn connections, your messages, your account information — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you bring to the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wait who? B.V. and its employees, directors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the service or other users. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a terms violation, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused subscription time.
